Users, credit
and fees.

Who counts as a user?

Anyone who uses your agent in a month, through an MCP client, a CLI, ChatGPT, Claude or a chat app. Starter is free for up to 25 users, and Pro includes 500. A person who texts your Flow-hosted agent on iMessage counts in both: once as a Cloud user and once toward your iMessage plan's limit.

How is Pro priced as I grow?

$25 a month per workspace, with 500 users included across all its agents. Users past that are priced by range: 501 to 1,000 cost $0.025 each, 1,001 to 5,000 $0.02, 5,001 to 20,000 $0.015, and past 20,000 $0.01. Example: 5,000 users cost $25 + $12.50 + $80.00 = $117.50, billed as $118 (the users' charge is rounded up to whole dollars). The $25 is paid ahead; users and tokens past the credit are billed after the month.

What's in the $10 agent credit?

Pro includes $10 a month of LLM tokens for your agent. Tokens past that are billed at cost: what the model provider charges, with no markup. Unused credit doesn't roll over. Starter gets a one-time $2 trial credit; after that, use your own model key.

Are there per-message or channel fees?

No. Flow charges no per-message fees on any plan, and SMS/RCS fallback on iMessage is included. The one outside fee is WhatsApp's: on your own WhatsApp number, Meta charges for some messages (mainly templates sent outside the 24-hour window) and bills you directly, with no markup from Flow.

Do I need Cloud if I host my agent myself?

No. Flow Framework is open source, so you can host your agent anywhere and buy only an iMessage API plan, in a free Flow workspace. Analytics also works for a self-hosted agent that sends Flow its traces; its users then count toward Starter or Pro. On your own model key, your provider bills the tokens.

Pro and iMessage

What Pro includes
for messaging.

Does Pro include iMessage?

No. Pro covers your agent: its users, model credit, hosting, Test Suite and Analytics. iMessage is priced by the iMessage API plans, bought separately. Connecting your own WhatsApp number or Telegram bot is done in the dashboard.

Is the shared iMessage line included?

Only the free trial, on Starter or Pro alike: 25 people on the shared iMessage line, ever (no monthly reset). Pro doesn't raise it. For more, the Shared plan is $25 a month (launch discount: $5 off $30).

Can I add a dedicated iMessage line to Pro?

Yes, as an add-on: a dedicated iMessage line, +$100/mo, billed as its own plan. It is the iMessage API's Dedicated plan, not part of Pro, so Pro with a line is $25 + $100 = $125 a month, as two plans. Starter can add one too.

Do I need Pro to use the iMessage API?

No. The iMessage API plans are separate from Starter and Pro, and any workspace can buy them.

iMessage API

Lines, limits
and billing.

What's in the free trial?

25 people on the shared iMessage line, ever (no monthly reset), free. Your agent replies to people who text it; it can't start chats.

What's the difference between Shared and Dedicated?

Shared is $25 a month (launch discount: $5 off $30): it puts your agent on Flow's shared iMessage line, for 300 people a month and 200 a day, and replies to people who text it. Dedicated ($100 a month) gives it its own US number, with 1,000 people a day, group chats, call forwarding and the Outbound add-on.

How do I get a dedicated line?

Buy Dedicated in the dashboard. Flow reviews each line, usually within a day, then sets it up. If Flow declines it, the line is refunded in full and you're moved to Shared, $25 a month (launch discount: $5 off $30).

How fast does a new dedicated line ramp up?

It starts at 250 people a day and reaches 1,000 a day within 14 days. Once it has messaged that many different people in the last 24 hours, a message to one more is refused with a time to retry; people it already messaged that day aren't affected.

Is SMS/RCS fallback included?

Yes, on every plan. Dedicated also includes call forwarding.

What's Outbound?

A $40 a month add-on for Dedicated that lets your agent message people first. Message only people who gave you their number. Once ramped, the line starts up to 40 new conversations a day: 2 a day at first, 40 a day from day 22.

Do messages or people count?

People. Each person who writes to your agent counts once per UTC day (midnight to midnight, UTC) and once per calendar month, however many messages you exchange, across all your projects. On the free trial, each person counts once, ever.

What happens when I hit a plan limit?

New people are held: they get one automatic reply, Flow keeps their messages for 30 days without passing them to your agent, and your agent can't message them. You get an email, and nothing is billed extra. People already counted keep working. Held people are let in, oldest first, when a new UTC day or month brings room, or when you move to a bigger plan. On a Flow-hosted agent, each person also counts as a Cloud user.

How do I buy or cancel?

In the dashboard. Plans are monthly, with no annual plans and no setup fee. Moving from Shared to Dedicated charges the difference now. Cancel any time; the plan runs to the end of the paid month. No refunds, except a dedicated line Flow declines, which is refunded in full.
