Description:
- Combining ventilation and air conditioning systems with lighting into a single line. Minimizing the number of unnecessary lines on the ceiling. Achieving a perfect, functional minimalism.
- Magnetic busbars or spotlights from our partners are attached to the rigid reflector of model AF, and all necessary electrical connections are made. The air flow is blocked only at the points where the lights are attached, either partially or completely.
- All that remains at the site is to hang the finished diffuser with lighting from the ceiling, connect the air ducts, and connect the busbars to the electrical system.
Light integration options
- Installation of a thin, almost invisible, busbar on the reflector. The air flow is blocked only at the points where the lights are attached, partially or completely.
- Installation of a high, 25-35mm wide, over-the-top busbar, creating an interesting geometry and the illusion of a two- or three-slotted diffuser. The width of the busbar should be subtracted from the total width of the diffuser's slot, as it partially blocks the air flow.
- Installation of any spotlights on the reflector. The width of the diffuser's slot should be adjusted to match the width of the light. The air flow is blocked only at the points where the lamps are attached.
- The busbar embedded in the gypsum board is connected to the diffuser at the joint. Visually, this will be a single gap on the ceiling, where one part will belong to the ventilation system and the other to the lighting system. The possible continuous length of the diffuser with the busbar is 4 meters. Connectors can be used to create a single line of any length, and the joint line is almost invisible on the ceiling.

The lights and busbars partially or completely cover the air supply slot. Therefore, the length and width of the slot should be calculated based on the volume of air, taking into account these flow overlaps. To do this, it is necessary to understand the type and quantity of busbars and lights at the ordering stage, in order to correctly calculate the live cross-section of the diffuser for ventilation and air conditioning.
Busbars require power adapters to convert 220V to 48V.
We supply diffusers assembled with KSD, which allows you to maintain the perfect geometry of the product, ensure tightness, and significantly reduce the installation time at the facility.
High-quality integration of the busbar into the diffuser can only be done in the factory.
